Municipality of Mainhardt, renovation of the Helmut-Rau school, lot 22 carpentry work 2.

The Helmut Rau School in the center of the Mainhardt community is being extensively renovated. This is a school complex with 4 buildings from the years house A 1976, house B 1966, house C 1987 and house Z 1998. According to LBO, they are classified as a special building with building classes 3 and 5.

The measure will be carried out in two construction phases, divided into house B / C and house A / Z, since the school will remain in operation throughout the renovation. In order to guarantee the lessons, alternative quarters were created, which are located on the site of the neighboring forest hall. An access route for the students and teachers was created in advance.

During the renovation of the first construction phase (houses B and C), all classrooms and the secretariat are housed in the alternative quarters. After completion of the first construction phase, the rooms in houses B and C are occupied, the alternative quarters are now free for the rooms from houses A and Z.

The renovation in the second tender package is structured as follows:

- lot 18 ETICS;

- Lot 19 interior plaster, painter;

- Lot 20 screed (mastic asphalt and cement screed), tiles, clinker, cast stone;

- Lot 21 carpenter 1: interior doors;

- Lot 22 carpenter 2: multifunctional walls, toilet partitions, window sills, blackout;

- Lot 23 locksmiths 2 banisters etc. letter box;

- lot 24 flooring, rubber;

- Lot 25 building cleaning.

The aforementioned lots will be advertised individually and in parallel.
