The Baden-Württemberg Police intends to procure the following service(s): Examination of blood samples, preservation of blood and urine samples and other services The following services are to be provided in detail: - Collection of the samples at central pick-up / collection points (see Appendix 15) and transport to the examination centre; - Examination of the sample material sent in accordance with the test order prepared in accordance with the attached model (cf. Appendix 12, 13) or the performance and cost plan (cf. Appendix 1.1); - Preservation of the sample material sent over a period of at least two years; - Documentation of the findings or results and sending of an evaluative report (expert opinion) in German; - Retention of diagnostic reports, measurement protocols and quality control cards for a period of six years; - Representation of the results of investigations before German courts in German.

The services will be tendered for the police headquarters on the basis of 4 lots. The following lots will be formed for the Baden-Württemberg Police: Lot 1 (PP) Heilbronn, PP Mannheim, PP Karlsruhe Lot 2 PP Offenburg, PP Konstanz, PP Freiburg Lot 3 PP Aalen, PP Ulm, PP Ravensburg Lot 4 PP Reutlingen, PP Pforzheim, PP Stuttgart, PP Ludwigsburg The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends after 24 months (minimum contract period); whereby orders that have begun, but investigations that have not yet been completed by the end of the contract period, must be completed in any case. The contract shall be automatically extended by 12 months at a time, unless the Client notifies the Contractor of the termination within two months before the end of the contract. This automatic extension is permitted a maximum of two times by 12 months each. The maximum term is 48 months.
