In the course of the flood event on 14/15 July 2021 in Sinzig, many objects and areas were destroyed, which now have to be rebuilt. The Realschule, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the Ahr, is divided into 2 building parts. Part 1 - new building, component 2 - old building and the extension of component 2 - sanitary facilities. An overview plan is contained in the preliminary remark to the tender documents. The basement and ground floor are particularly affected by the reconstruction.
