1. The subject of this procedure is the development of functional and utility programs and application documentation for submitting applications for co-financing for projects related to the modernization of the tram network in the city of Łódź, divided into 5 parts.

2. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to limit the scope of the contract by resigning from some of the studies specified in Chapter IV, point 3.2. SWZ or Tasks, provided that the minimum scope of services provided by the Contractor will correspond to 60% of the total lump-sum remuneration specified in the contract for a given Part of the contract.

3. The Contracting Authority described the subject of the contract in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract with attachments (for each part separately) and in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the contract.

1. The scope of the contract includes the preparation and development of documentation for the project entitled "Modernization of the tram network in Rzgowska Street from Broniewskiego/Paderewskiego Street to the Kurczaki loop" in the scope of construction and reconstruction of linear tram infrastructure, planned for co-financing under the financial perspective 2021-2027, including:

1) functional and utility program,

2) materials necessary to submit a complete application for issuing an environmental decision and obtaining the above-mentioned decision with immediate enforceability,

3) feasibility study,

4) the application form together with all necessary attachments, current as at the date of submission, and with the preparation of relevant explanations and updates during the formal and substantive application evaluation in a manner and time enabling the Contracting Authority to meet the requirements imposed by the Managing Authority.

2. As part of the project, it is assumed to modernize the track with a length of about 2 km along with the necessary road infrastructure along Rzgowska Street from Broniewskiego / Paderewskiego Street (without the intersection) to the Kurczaki loop together with the loop.

1. The scope of the contract includes the preparation and development of documentation for the project entitled "Modernization of the tram network in the following streets: Zielona, Legionów, Srebrzyńska and Konstantynowska together with the Łódź Koziny node" in the scope of construction and reconstruction of linear tram infrastructure, planned for co-financing under the financial perspective 2021-2027, including:

1) functional and utility program,

2) materials necessary to submit a complete application for issuing an environmental decision and obtaining the above-mentioned decision with immediate enforceability,

3) feasibility study,

4) the application form together with all necessary attachments, current as at the date of submission, and with the preparation of relevant explanations and updates during the formal and substantive application evaluation in a manner and time enabling the Contracting Authority to meet the requirements imposed by the Managing Authority.

2. As part of the project, it is assumed to modernize the track with a length of approx. 5.2 km along with the necessary road infrastructure in the following streets: Konstantynowska from Krakowska street (without intersection) to the east to the railway viaduct, Legionów from the railway viaduct to the east to Żeligowskiego street (with the intersection), Zielona from Legionów street / al. Włókniarzy to Wólczańska street (without the intersection), Srebrzyńska from Ogrodowa street (without the intersection) to al. Włókniarzy together with the intersection and Dw. Łódź Koziny junction and Zdrowie tram terminus.

3. The documentation shall be broken down into the following tasks:

Task 1 "Modernization of the tram network in the area of the junction of the streets: Legionów, Kasprzaka, Włókniarzy and Zielona together with sections of streets: Legionów from the junction to Konstantynowska street (railway viaduct), Konstantynowska from Legionów street (railway viaduct) to Unii Lubelskiej Avenue together with the intersection"

Task 2 "Modernization of the tram network in Zielona Street from the junction to Żeromskiego Street without intersection along with the necessary fragments of transverse streets"

Task 3 "Modernization of the tram network in Zielona Street from Żeromskiego Street (with the intersection) to Wólczańska Street (without the intersection)"

Task 4 "Modernization of the tram network in Konstantynowska Street from the intersection with Unii Lubelskiej Avenue (without the intersection) to Krakowska Street (without the intersection) together with the Health loop and access to the Health loop"

Task 5 "Modernization of the tram network in Legionów Street from Kasprzaka Street (without intersection) to Żeligowskiego Street (with intersection)"

Task 6 "Modernization of the tram network in Srebrzyńska Street from Ogrodowa Street (without intersection) to Włókniarzy Avenue together with the intersection"

Task 7 "Construction of the Łódź Koziny junction"

1. The scope of the contract includes the preparation and development of documentation for the project entitled "Modernization of the tram network in Aleksandrowska Street from Szczecińska Street to Bielicowa Street together with the construction of the multimodal node Łódź Żabieniec" in the scope of construction and reconstruction of linear tram infrastructure, planned for co-financing under the financial perspective 2021-2027, including:

1) functional and utility program,

2) materials necessary to submit a complete application for issuing an environmental decision and obtaining the above-mentioned decision with immediate enforceability,

3) feasibility study,

4) the application form together with all necessary attachments, current as at the date of submission, and with the preparation of relevant explanations and updates during the formal and substantive application evaluation in a manner and time enabling the Contracting Authority to meet the requirements imposed by the Managing Authority.

As part of the project, it is assumed to modernize the track in Aleksandrowska Street over the length of approximately 2.8 km from Szczecińska Street (without the intersection and loop) to Bielicowa Street (with the intersection) along with the construction of the multimodal node Łódź Żabieniec.

3. The documentation shall be broken down into the following tasks:

Task 1 "Modernization of the tram network in Aleksandrowska Street from Szczecińska Street (without intersection and loop) to Bielicowa Street (with intersection)"

Task 2 "Construction of the multimodal Łódź Żabieniec Junction within the viaduct over the railway line No. 15 and Limanowskiego Street from the viaduct to Woronicza Street"

1. The scope of the contract includes the preparation and development of documentation for the project entitled "Modernization of the tram network in Żeromskiego Street and Politechniki Avenue from Kopernika Street to Lotników Lwowskich Roundabout" in the field of construction and reconstruction of linear tram infrastructure, planned for co-financing under the financial perspective 2021-2027, including:

1) functional and utility program,

2) materials necessary to submit a complete application for issuing an environmental decision and obtaining the above-mentioned decision with immediate enforceability,

3) feasibility study,

4) the application form together with all necessary attachments, current as at the date of submission, and with the preparation of relevant explanations and updates during the formal and substantive application evaluation in a manner and time enabling the Contracting Authority to meet the requirements imposed by the Managing Authority.

2. As part of the project, it is assumed to modernize the track with a length of about 3.3 km along Żeromskiego Street from Kopernika Street (without the intersection) to Radwańska Street and Politechniki Avenue from Radwańska Street to Lotników Lwowskich Roundabout, together with an interchange in Pabianicka Street in the vicinity of the Lotników roundabout and the construction of a section of the tram line in Cieszyńska Street.

3. The documentation shall be broken down into the following tasks:

Task 1 "Modernization of the tram network in Żeromskiego Street from Mickiewicza Avenue to Kopernika Street (without the intersection)"

Task 2 "Modernization of the tram network in Politechniki Avenue from Lotników Lwowskich Roundabout (without roundabout) to Żeromskiego Street and in Żeromskiego Street from Politechniki Avenue to Mickiewicza Avenue"

Task 3 "Construction of an integrated interchange with ŁTR, Lotników Lwowskich roundabout together with a section of tram line in Cieszyńska Street"

1. The scope of the contract includes the preparation and development of documentation for the project entitled "Modernization of the tram network in Warszawska Street from Rondo Powstańców 1863 r. to Wycieczkowa Street" in the scope of construction and reconstruction of linear tram infrastructure, planned for co-financing under the financial perspective 2021-2027, including:

1) functional and utility program,

2) materials necessary to submit a complete application for issuing an environmental decision and obtaining the above-mentioned decision with immediate enforceability,

3) feasibility study,

4) the application form together with all necessary attachments, current as at the date of submission, and with the preparation of relevant explanations and updates during the formal and substantive application evaluation in a manner and time enabling the Contracting Authority to meet the requirements imposed by the Managing Authority.

2. As part of the project, it is assumed to modernize the track over a length of about 3.3 km along Warszawska Street from the Powstańców 1863 roundabout (without the intersection) to Wycieczkowa Street (including the intersection and loop).
