Description of the procurement subject
1. Activity 1.
- Maintenance of the existing integrated software system for urban transport management (UTMS) with a subsystem for automatic positioning of vehicles and management of processes in MGT (AVL) and a subsystem for real-time passenger information (RTPL or ISVR) "SMARTTRACKER®" Public Transportation, including central server management software, client software for the management center and for the monitoring center.
- Maintenance of the operation of the workstations in the GPS center, located in the Stara Zagora Municipality, maintenance of the software of the workstations.
- Maintenance of UPS and Diesel generator in the GPS center, as well as the connectivity between them, ensuring the operation of the server.
- Maintenance of AVL equipment and onboard computers with a touch display for the driver for a total of 90 vehicles; hardware and software maintenance of the GPS devices located in mobile units (trolleybuses and buses) servicing the urban transport routes of Stara Zagora. Transfer of GPS device from one mobile unit to another.
- Hardware and software maintenance of 119 electronic information boards (30 with 5-row LED displays; 50 with 3-row LED displays; 39 with 1-row LED displays), placed at the stops of mass urban public transport (MUPT). Maintenance of electrical supply to the information boards - underground or overhead, through LV cables from the connection point to the electronic information boards.
2. Activity 2. Delivery and commissioning of new electronic information boards with interactive functions
3. Activity 3. Replacement of components of existing electronic information boards described in Appendix 2 of the technical specification due to vandalism and/or out-of-warranty defects.
