Description:
The project involves purchasing, delivering, installing, and configuring a new 500MHz NMR spectrometer, upgrading an existing 400MHz system, and implementing a common data archiving system, along with necessary training and support.

The subject of the order is: Purchase, delivery, installation, commissioning, and configuration of a new 500MHz NMR spectrometer along with a complete set of peripheral devices enabling its operation, delivery, installation, commissioning, and configuration of the console and peripheral devices for the existing superconducting magnet of 400MHz and a common data archiving system for both spectrometers. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the order is: Purchase and delivery of an advanced newborn simulator for ICSM UO - 1 piece. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. Purchase, delivery, installation, commissioning, and configuration of a new 500MHz NMR spectrometer together with a complete set of peripheral devices enabling its operation, delivery, installation, commissioning, and configuration of the console and peripheral devices for the existing superconducting magnet of 400MHz and a common data archiving system for both spectrometers. The scope of the subject of the order includes, among others: - Delivery and installation of the subject of the order, compliant with the description of the subject of the order/agreement. - Delivery of the necessary equipment and appropriate licenses authorizing the contracting authority to use the subject of the order, in accordance with the description of the subject of the order/agreement. - Installation of the operational, verified and tested (i.e., free of defects and faults) subject of the order, compliant with the description of the subject of the order/agreement as per the parameters indicated in the description of the subject of the order (OPZ) and the offer form; - Provision of warranty services covering, among others, updates resulting from changes in legal regulations, removal of defects and faults detected during the operation of the subject of the agreement; - Training of the contracting authority's personnel in the operation of the subject of the order, i.e., the research set consisting of NMR spectrometers and the common data archiving system; - Provision of user manuals for the subject of the order in printed or electronic version in Polish or English. In the context of proper execution (in accordance with the provisions of the subject of the order) the contractor is obliged to deliver, connect and launch the subject of the order at the location indicated by the contracting authority, along with performing functionality control and implementation, training in operation and ensuring service and technical support, in accordance with the provisions of the description of the subject of the order/agreement. The contracting authority requires that the installation, connection, and launch of the subject of the order along with performing functionality control, implementation, and training in operation as well as service and technical support be carried out by individuals possessing the appropriate qualifications to work in this area. The subject of the order must comply with the relevant standards and possess the required approvals for trading and certificates (including safety norms compliant with CE standards). The contractor is obliged to deliver a brand-new subject of the order (in particular, not repaired, refurbished, not previously exhibited, previously unused) from current production and legal distribution channels, functional, complete, and compliant with the description of the subject of the order/agreement. The contractor is obliged to provide software together with a license authorizing use according to the user manual and requirements of the description of the subject of the order/agreement. The contractor agrees that the license conditions for the Software will comply with the requirements of the description of the subject of the order/agreement, especially regarding the permissible manner and scope and level of use of the subject of the order. If it turns out that the conditions or scope of the license are insufficient for using the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements of the description of the subject of the order/agreement, the contractor will be obligated to cover all necessary costs to achieve a situation where the conditions and scope of the Software license will be sufficient for using the subject of the order according to the requirements of the description of the subject of the order/agreement. If required by the license conditions, the contractor is obliged to provide the contracting authority with license certificates or other written confirmations of granting the licenses, as well as to make any necessary registrations of the Equipment or Software with the manufacturer or distributor. The description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1.1 "Description of the subject of the order/Agreement". Detailed conditions for implementation are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ "Draft of the agreement". The implementation of the order is to be carried out with due diligence and in accordance with all the requirements contained in the SWZ with attachments and any information from the contracting authority for contractors. If the delivery of the subject of the order requires the provision of additional materials, elements, and equipment, the contractor is obliged to provide them within the remuneration specified in the offer. The contractor will deliver the goods at their own cost in a manner ensuring complete integrity. The contractor is obliged to place and install the subject of the order in the locations indicated by the contracting authority. The contractor is obliged to collect and dispose of packaging. The subject of the order must be complete, i.e., must possess, according to the OPZ, software, accessories, functions, service, solutions, etc. compatible with each other, enabling operation within the full range of parameters. The implementation of the order is to take place with due diligence and in accordance with all the requirements contained in the SWZ with attachments and any information for contractors. If the contracting authority specifies in the OPZ that a given element must have specified characteristics, then this element must effectively operate with those characteristics, rather than only having a theoretical possibility in a configuration other than delivered. The characteristics required in the specification (OPZ) are minimum parameters. The delivered subject of the order must be complete and ready for operation according to its intended use upon commissioning, without any additional investment purchases on the part of the contracting authority. The contractor at the stage of executing the order executes the subject of the order according to the contracting authority's requirements. The description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is not subject to interpretation. If any provisions of the specification are unclear, incomplete, imprecise, or incorrect according to the contractor's opinion, then the contractor is obliged to ask a question before submitting the offer.
