The contracting authority's deadline for responding to clarifications requested by economic operators is on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
The contracting authority, if selected for the execution of the ex-ante contract, pursuant to GEO no. 98/2017 with subsequent amendments and completions, will provide to the persons authorized by ANAP, through the verification decision, the consolidated responses to the requests for clarification, before uploading and publishing them in the Electronic Public Procurement System, at least 4 days prior to the response deadline set in the participation announcement, in accordance with the provisions of art. 8 of Annex no. 1 to HG no. 419/2018.
