“Receipt and processing of waste code 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 originating in the ZUOK “Stary Las” Sp. z o.o.”
The subject of the contract is to perform a service consisting in the collection and processing of waste (recovery and/or disposal) code 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 originating in the Disposal Plant Municipal waste “Old Forest” Sp. z o.o., waste in baled form or bulk.
The order is divided into parts.
Reception and processing of waste (recovery and/or disposal) code 19 12 12 from sorting municipal waste - baled wasteThe subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection and processing of waste (recovery and/or disposal) code 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, fraction with a diameter of more than 80 mm with sorting municipal waste, waste in baled form in the amount of 6,000 Mg.
The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of exercising the option right to reduce the subject matter of the contract, depending on the specifics of the technical and technological solutions adopted in the production cycle, unforeseen changes in the quantities taken for waste management or storage conditions, with the Contracting Authority undertaking to transfer no less than 4,000 Mg of waste.
Reception of waste:
(a) the transfer and collection of waste will take place from the area of the Municipal Installation [IK] in Stary Lesie 9, Starogard Gdański Municipality (83-200);
(b) the loading and collection of waste may be carried out on any day from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory days from 6:00 to 18:00;
(c) the collection shall be carried out by transport organised by the Contractor and at his expense, including the costs of carriage, insurance for the duration of transport and unloading;
(d) the loading of waste on vehicles substituted by the Contractor is the responsibility of the Contracting Authority;
(e) The Contractor shall provide loading with cars - for waste in baled form - “back- moving floor” or “side- curtain”;
(f) the waste received will be weighed on a car weight of up to 20 kg, located on the IK site. In order to determine the weight of the waste received, the Contractor's vehicle must be weighed before loading. The weight of the vehicle with loading shall not exceed 40 Mg;
(g) the result of the weighing shall be binding on settlements between the Parties;
(h) vehicles intended for the execution of the order may be vehicles with dimensions: spacing between front and rear axles max 14 m, wheelbase max to 3 m;
(i) The Contractor shall be solely liable for any damage, as well as for loss, cavities and damage to waste caused during the transport of waste from the time of issue in the IK and during the storage, unloading of waste until it is subjected to and completed recovery processes and/or disposal. The Contractor shall, in particular, be responsible for the actions and omissions of the activities of his staff and the entities used in carrying out the subject of the contract, e.g. transporters;
(j) upon issue of the waste, the Contractor shall pass upon him all the benefits and burdens associated with them and the danger of accidental loss or damage thereof, and in particular he shall assume responsibility for the waste issued, for the due handling and for the effects thereof.
Waste packaging - receipt of waste in balot form - the Ordering Party will make a packaging of the transferred waste, i.e. the waste will be compacted, formed into wire wrapped balots, an estimated volume of a single balot approx. 1 to 1.5 m3.
The Contracting Authority shall require an appropriate response time of not more than 2 working days (the time during which the Contractor will be ready to collect the waste — the time measured from the time of the transfer of the information to the Contractor by the Contractor and the substitution of the car for the loading of waste by the Contractor).
The Contracting Authority does not specify how to recover and/or dispose of the waste. It is up to the Contractor to determine the process by which it will be processed, excluding the D5 process.
