The framework agreement is for a total delivery of pavilions, which includes engineering design services, construction/assembly and hire, including running the pavilions, as well as disassembly and rigging down.
The framework agreement is, as a starting point, only for the hire of pavilions.
Between three and five parallel framework agreements will be established with a planned start-up in June 2020.
The framework agreement period is 2 years from when the contract is signed. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for one 1 + 1 year. The total framework agreement period can therefore be 4 years.
Assignments under the framework agreement will be carried out as turnkey contracts based on NS 8407 with the Municipal undertaking for educational buildings and properties' special adaptations. Amongst other things, the municipal undertaking for educational buildings and properties will, as a starting point, be the responsible applicant in the assignments.
Assignments under the framework agreement will be awarded after mini-competitions. See annex 8 for a template of the basis for a mini-competition.
