The subject of the contract is the service of collection and management of municipal solid waste from the owners of inhabited properties located in the Nowe Municipality and the establishment and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Nowe Municipality along with the management of municipal waste from PSZOK.

The service of collection and management of municipal solid waste from the owners of inhabited properties and properties on which there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, located in the Nowe Commune, together with equipping the property with containers for selective ash collection, as well as distribution of bags for the collection of paper, glass, metals and plastics as well as biodegradable waste in single-family housing and properties on which there are summer cottages or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes
Real estate inhabited by residents – it is understood as real estate used entirely for residential purposes and residential-commercial or utility-residential real estate in the residential part.
Real estate with summer cottages or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes – built-up real estate on which summer houses, caravans or other buildings used for recreation and leisure purposes are located periodically throughout the year. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract within the scope of Lot 1 is described in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference
Establishment and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Nowe Commune along with the management of municipal waste from PSZOKThe object of the contract is the establishment and operation of the Municipal Community New Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK), the reception, collection and development provided by residents or managers of the property on which the inhabitants reside, municipal waste. PSZOK will be a collection and temporary storage site for waste. Waste collected in the PSZOK should be transferred to the waste recovery or disposal plant in accordance with the hierarchy of ways to handle waste as referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.
