In the Wiedenbrück district of the city of Rheda-Wiedenbrück there is the so-called Burgweg sports center. The city plans to renovate the sports center on Burgweg. The entire facility is to be renovated or renewed in sections from 2021-2024. The total cost for this is approx. Gross EUR 2.07 million.

To prepare for the construction measure, the planning services for service phases 3-9 should first be commissioned in accordance with Section 39 HOAI. The object planning for outdoor facilities (according to §39 HOAI) is awarded using the procurement regulation (VgV). The order is awarded in stages. First, the level 1 is commissioned.

Service phases 1-2 have already been completed. The result is made available as an attachment.

The advertised services relate exclusively to the outdoor facilities. The redesign of the changing rooms is not part of the contract.

1) Performance profile

The following benefits are awarded within the framework of this VgV procedure:

- Basic services of service phases 3-9 (according to § 39 HOAI),

- Special services:

a) Involvement of external initiative and stakeholder groups in planning and execution (5 all-day workshops);

b) Presentation of the planning results (5 sessions).

The order is placed in stages. First, the order for level 1 (LP 3-4) is placed.

The sports facility covers an open area of approx. 20,000 m 2 ,

2) Costs and deadlines

During the entire service process, the planner has the duty to check optimization potential, particularly in the areas of costs and deadlines, and to present it to the client for decision.

2.1) costs

The offer is based on the following costs:

- KG 500: approx. 1 739 092 EUR (net).

2.2) Dates

Due to the urgency of the measures, the planning process must be carried out in a very detailed and concentrated manner. The planning may have to be adapted to current requirements during construction to ensure an optimal construction process.

The construction time should be kept as short as possible.
