This consultation concerns the contract for the supply of recycled white paper printing for all components (UFR, Institutes and Schools, Common and Central Services) of the University of Poitiers, including relocations. This consultation follows lot 1 of consultation 2023f002 declared without further action, which the contracting authority was unable to award since, at the end of the analysis of the tenders, two candidates were ranked first ex aequo and no provision was made to decide between them in this case.
