This consultation concerns the supply of small equipment and cleaning products for the Municipality of Vesoul and the CAV. This is a consultation revival. Indeed, a consultation had been initiated, in the form of an open call for tenders. After opening of the tenders, the contracting authority decided to declare the procedure discontinued for reasons of general interest based on the need for the contracting authority to redefine its needs and to correct material errors. This consultation will be carried out in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code relating to framework agreements. This is a multi-beneficiary framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum or maximum. This framework agreement is made in the form of a group of orders made up of the CAV and the Municipality of Vesoul. The CAV is appointed coordinator of the grouping of orders.
