At the time of conclusion of the contract, the need for development, operation and consulting services to and in the context of software individual solutions that occurs during the term of the framework agreement cannot be conclusively described. Especially since this is also subject to progressive change due to changing framework conditions (including legal requirements).
On the basis of the framework agreement, the client can therefore call up services in the form of individual commissions (direct call or mini-competition) that address a specific need for support. The individual orders alone regulate the concrete work packages and describe the scope of services. The service components for a project can be called up in full or in part via an individual order.
In the realization of the development projects and the operation of the software individual solutions, you will work closely with the departments, project and product management, IT operations and software development of SBK as well as with other contractual partners if necessary.
An EVB IT contract is used as the basis for the contract.
