1) 1) The subject of this public procurement procedure is the purchase, delivery, assembly and commissioning of a computer tomograph for the needs of the General Hospital in Kolno in the quantity, range and technical parameters required in Annex 2 to the ToR in the main building of the Hospital.

2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract and technical requirements are set out in Annex 2 to the ToR (Detailed description of the subject of the contract and technical requirements together with an assortment and price form). The conditions regarding the performance of the contract are specified in the contract template constituting Annex 6 to the ToR. The Purchaser requires a CT scanner to be produced in 2019.

3) Contractors may familiarize themselves with the technical conditions of the assembly site on business days from 8:00 to 15:00 in the period from the date of publication of the contract notice until the deadline for submission of tenders.

4) According to art. 93 item 1a of the PPL Act, the Awarding Entity will cancel this proceeding if funds from the State budget which the Awarding Entity intended to allocate to finance the contract will not be awarded to it.
