1.The object of the order is the development of design documentation for the purposes of the investment task “Expansion of the S1 expressway. Sosnowiec—Mysłowice”.

2.The item of the order includes two ranges:

(a) Task I — “Execution of design documentation for the task “Extension of the S1 Expressway Sosnowiec—Mysłowice section”;

b) Task II — “Update the design documentation for the task “Construction of the interchange on the road S1 with connection to the existing road layout of the city of Sosnowiec”.

In the procurement procedure, communication between the contractor and the contractors shall be carried out using the electronic procurement service platform (hereinafter referred to as the platform) available at (https://umsosnowiec.logintrade.net/). The Contractor intending to take part in the procurement procedure must have an account on the platform. The technical and organizational requirements of the above scope are set out in Chapter. VII point 4 SWZ.

1. Within the scope of Task I, it is anticipated:

(a) the execution of the design documentation and obtaining the necessary administrative decisions for the implementation of the task of the following: “Expansion of the S1section Sosnowiec—Mysłowice”, in accordance with the requirements set out in the description of the object of the contract, the contract and the valuation table of the stages of the contract together with all the necessary elaborations, materials, arrangements and actions necessary for the execution of this documentation and preparation of the task (stage I, II, III, IV);

(b) the development of answers to inquiries concerning the draft dock. during the proceedings for public works and/or preparation of changes to the design documentation (phase V);

c) carrying out author's supervision over the execution of works during their implementation and warranty / guarantee (Stage VI).

2. The scope of the study under Task II shall include the update of the design documentation, including:

(a) update of the design documentation for the task of the following: “Construction of the interchange on the road S1 with connection to the existing road system of the city of Sosnowiec”, obtaining all necessary administrative decisions and arrangements necessary to achieve the goal of obtaining a decision on authorisation for the implementation of road investment (ZRID);

(b) support at the stage of the tender for construction works, with clarification and replies to tenderers;

(c) the fulfillment of authorial supervision during the implementation of works carried out on the basis of the design documentation drawn up.

3. A detailed description of the item of the order covering the scope for Task I is part of the SWZ.

4. A detailed description of the item of the order covering the scope for Task II is part of the SWZ 2b.

5. The order pursuant to Article 257 of the UPzp reserves the right to cancel the progress for the award of a public contract if the funds it intends to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.

6. The required warranty period for the entire pre-order was specified in the PPU.

7. Information about the protection of personal data collected by you in the course of the proceedings is contained in the chapter. I, paragraph 17 of SWZ.

8. The order provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the UPzp for the repetition of similar services.

8.1. Possible range of services for Task Range I (GDDKiA):

— geometric analysis of the road;

— Situation and altitude map for road design purposes,

— geological works project for geological and engineering documentation,

— geological-engineering documentation,

— geological works project for hydrogeological documentation,

— hydrogeological documentation,

— geotechnical conditions for the foundation of construction structures (geotechnical opinion, ground-floor survey documentation, geotechnical project),

— materials for the application for a decision on the environmental conditions of consent for the implementation of the undertaking,

— BRD audit materials,

— the design of the target movement organization,

— water-legal operas,

- construction project,

— surveying and cartographic documentation related to the acquisition to the Treasury of real estate (property divisions) and limited use of the property,

— materials for the application for the decision of the ZRID,

— a report on the environmental impact of the project to reassess the environmental impact of the project,

- executive project,

— tender documentation,

— investor cost estimate.

8.2. Zam. provides for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to above in particular where:

— in the course of project work, it will be necessary to increase the scope of the work provided for in the basic contract on the road section to 1,50 km in relation to the length of the section in the basic contract,

— we will have the funds of finances. for the execution of the contract,

— the parties, as a result of the negotiations, will agree on remuneration Zam. provides for the possibility of award of the contract referred to in a period of 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract, respectively under the terms and conditions laid down in the contract for the above.
