The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood and tourist forest management, to be performed in the Różańsko Forest District, in 2023. Planned date of contract implementation: from the moment of signing the contract until 31.12.2023.
Package I - Chłopiny Forestry, NovogrudokThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and tourist forest management, to be performed in the Różańsko Forest District, in 2023. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services covered by the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50 % of the value of this contract
Package II - forestry Chłopowo, Dyszno, StołecznaThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and tourist forest management, to be performed in the Różańsko Forest District, in 2023.
