Collection and management of waste code 20 03 07 from the Waste Management Plant and waste code 19 12 10, 19 12 12 generated in the bulky waste dismantling segment

Reception and management of waste code 20 03 07 originating from the Waste Management Department

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection, transport and development of the classified - according to the current catalogue of waste, under code 20 03 07 (large waste) in a way that causes the transfer of responsibility for waste management.

2. Due to the subject of the contract, the service should be carried out in accordance with the decisions held by the Contractor and with any commonly applicable law, including in particular:

a) The Waste Act of 14.12.2012. (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended);

b) the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519.);

c) the Environmental Protection Law Act of 27 April 2001 (Journal of Laws of 2022, items 2556, 2687);

3. Waste covered by this order shall be transported,

and then zoning in installations indicated by the Contractor which:

(a) have important decisions for conducting waste recovery activities listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste code 20 03 07;

(b) have important decisions for conducting activities in the field of waste recovery and disposal set out in Annex 1 and No 2 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste codes arising after processing wastes, i.e. secondary raw materials and other waste produced as part of dismantling and shredding of bulky waste;

(c) have the required decisions/authorisations/entries in the relevant registers authorising the transport of waste with code 20 03 07;

(d) have an active account in the electronic BDO system, enabling the necessary activities related to waste records (confirmation of the KPO).

4. The minimum amount of waste (e.g. metals, wood, plastics) submitted for recycling that the Contractor will be obliged to obtain is 40% by weight in relation to the weight of collected, transported and managed waste 20 03 07 covered by this contract.

Reception and management of waste code 19 12 10 from the Waste Management Department generated in the dismantling segment of large waste

1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of waste code 19 12 10 (combustible waste (alternative fuel)) produced in the segment of dismantling large waste in ZZO Olszowa Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Olszów, at: Olszowa, Bursztynowa Street 55, 63-600 Kępno.

2. The service should be carried out in accordance with decisions held by the Contractor and with any universally applicable law, including in particular:

a) The Waste Act of 14.12.2012. (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended);

b) the Environmental Protection Law Act of 27 April 2001 (Journal of Laws of 2022, items 2556, 2687);

3. Waste covered by this order shall be transported,

and then zoning in installations indicated by the Contractor which:

(a) have important decisions for conducting waste recovery activities set out in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste code 19 12 10;

(b) have the required decisions/authorisations/entries in the relevant registers authorising the transport of waste of code 19 12 10;

(c) they have an active account in the electronic BDO system, enabling the necessary activities related to waste records (confirmation of the KPO).

4. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority, no later than 05.07.2024 and within 10 days from the date of receipt of the last batch of waste, in writing and by e-mail:

a) information confirming the type of recovery process of accepted waste in accordance with Annex 1 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012;

(b) the quantities of products or waste generated from them, indicating the final installation to which they were delivered (name, BDO number with MPD number) together with the final recovery operation to which they were subjected.

Collection and management of waste with the code 19 12 12 from the Waste Management Plant generated in the segment of bulky waste dismantling

1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of waste code 19 12 12 (other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11)) produced in the segment of dismantling bulk waste in ZZO Olszowa Sp. z o.o. located in Olszów, at: Olszowa, 55 Bursztynowa Street, 63-600 Kępno.

2. The service should be carried out in accordance with decisions held by the Contractor and with any universally applicable law, including in particular:

a) Waste Act of 14.12.2012. (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended);

b) the Environmental Protection Law Act of 27 April 2001 (Journal of Laws of 2022, items 2556, 2687);

3. Waste covered by this order shall be transported,

and then zoning in installations indicated by the Contractor which:

(a) have important decisions for conducting waste recovery activities set out in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste code 19 12 12 12 12;
