Kitchen equipment for the new clinic building for the centralization of the clinics of the district of Lörrach GmbH at a new campus in Lörrach (district of Brombach).

In order to supply the hospital with food, a kitchen including a tray supply system for the wards is required. On the ground floor, a staff and guest casino with a kiosk is planned.

The scope of supply includes the kitchen equipment, stainless steel preparation zones with the thermal areas, dispensing system and the mobile equipment for the crockery parts including tray transport trolleys with regeneration stations on the wards.

The small refrigeration technology and rinsing and wet waste technology have already been contracted.

For the supply of an adjacent building, additional tray transport trolleys with regeneration station and regeneration trolleys are required.
