The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medicinal products and medical devices for the purposes of the ZOZ District Pharmacy at AFinally Investigative in Lublin, detailed description of the order as to the assortment and quantity is listed in annex no. 3 part. I, annex 3, part. II to this specification of the terms of the contract (which at the same time constitutes a valuation sheet) — an integral part of this SWZ.

The Ordering Party permits submission of partial tenders, the subject of the order is divided into 2 parts. The Contractor may submit a bid for any number of parts, each part will be considered separately.

The Contractor is obliged to fulfill the subject of the contract within 12 months from the date of the signing of the contract or to quantitatively exhaust the assortment.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to opt out of purchasing parts of the articles for lack of demand for a given assortment or a decrease in demand.
