The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to select the companies that will be able to supply dental seats and accessories to Primary Care Centers and other SISCAT healthcare centers, as foreseen in the deployment of the Collaboration Agreement between the Catalan Health Service and the Catalan Health Institute for the acquisition of equipment for Health Centers and Hospitals, Signed on 9 March 2020.

It is a Framework Agreement with a single successful bidder per lot, in execution of which the adhered entities indicated in the specifications of administrative clauses may be provided with the equipment considered necessary through contracting by direct order based or by new tender, in accordance with the procedure established in the same specifications.
