the services will be carried out on all the built and non-built heritage managed by the City of Tours, which includes: 400 sites whose areas of competence are school, sports, cultural, religious, administrative, etc. Namely that some buildings are protected as Historic Monuments, or within a perimeter of protection of a building as Historic Monuments or in a perimeter of safeguarding the city center. The services may also relate to new projects or major rehabilitations
