Project management mission for the partial rehabilitation of 594 houses (roofs, doors, VMC, gates, fences, aviaries) of the Cité Jardin du Chemin Vert in REIMS (Marne)

The requested project management mission will include the following elements:

- All design elements for the entire project: DIAG / ESQ / AVP / PRO / ACT;

- VISA for all technical components of the project;

- The execution and monitoring phase of the DET works: the basic mission will include the DET for 2 phases of work (estimated at 10 months each) i.e. phases of the 2023 and 2024 works. 2 optional tranches 2025 and 2026 will be quantified;

- AOR for the work tranches of the base mission (2023 and 2024) + the optional tranches 2025 and 2026.
