Mowing habitat in Natura 2000 areas: Poczesna near Częstochowa, Walaszczyki in Częstochowa divided into 2 parts

1. in respect of Lot No 1 Mowing of habitat patches 6410 in the Walaszczyki Natura 2000 site in Częstochowa: performance of a service consisting of, m.in mowing patches of habitat variably moist moored meadows (Molinion) (code:6410) within the Natura 2000 Walaszczyki site in Częstochowa PLH240028, on an area of 7.11 ha, removal of biomass and its removal. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1.1 to the SWZ (to the part no. 1) and 1.2 to the SWZ (to the part no. 2) – Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). Other conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the "Draft provisions of the contract" (PPU) constituting Annex 2.1 to the SWZ (to part No. 1) and 2.2 to the SWZ (to part No. 2). 3. The contracting authority does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing the indicated activities during the performance of the contract: mowing meadows and harvesting and exporting biomass.

1. in respect of Lot No 2 Mowing of patches of habitat 6410 in the Natura 2000 Poczesna near Częstochowa site: performance of a service consisting of, m.in. mowing patches of habitat variably moist moored meadows (Molinion) (code:6410) within the Natura 2000 Poczesna near Częstochowa site PLH240030, on an area of 5.91 ha, removal of biomass and its removal. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1.1 to the SWZ (to the part no. 1) and 1.2 to the SWZ (to the part no. 2) – Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). Other conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the "Draft provisions of the contract" (PPU) constituting Annex 2.1 to the SWZ (to part No. 1) and 2.2 to the SWZ (to part No. 2). 3. The contracting authority does not require employment on the basis of an employment contract by the contractor or subcontractor of persons performing the indicated activities during the performance of the contract: mowing meadows and harvesting and removal of biomass
