Consultant who in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and development partners will be the team leader for a group of consultants that will prepare an education sector performance report (ESPR) based on a comprehensive analysis of the education sector. This work will feed into the joint sector review meeting. In addition, the consultant will provide support to the Education Ministries and development partners in planning and organising the joint sector review. The procurement will be carried out as an open competitive tender in accordance with part II of the regulations of 7.4.2006 No 402 relating to public procurements. The estimated value of the assignment is less than 1 000 000 NOK, and Norad is therefore not obliged to publish the competition in TED. We have nevertheless chosen to publish the competition in TED, to reach as many candidates as possible.
