The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity within a period of 12 months, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) hereinafter referred to as: the ACT OF THE EUROPEAN Parliament. The supply (purchase and distribution) of electricity will take place to the building of the State Archaeological Museum in Warsaw, address Długa 52 00-241 Warsaw, to the point of energy consumption (PPE) with the number PL000001002410000000000001802769 with an estimated annual volume of 315573.4 kWh based on data from X.2021 to IX.2022. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the documentation of the procedure available at the URL provided. The given electricity consumption is indicative and in no case does it constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase energy in the given quantity. The Seller shall not be entitled to any claim for failure of the Ordering Party to charge the expected amount of energy. In the documents of the procedure, the Ordering Party presents data on monthly electricity consumption from 2020. Actual settlements will take place on the basis of current indications of measurement and settlement systems for the supply of electricity in accordance with the Contractor's offer. On the other hand, settlements for the distribution of electricity will take place on the basis of fees resulting from the Tariff for electricity distribution services. A possible change in the forecasted electricity consumption will not result in additional costs for the Ordering Party, apart from settlement for the amount of this energy actually consumed, according to unit prices specified in the Contractor's offer. The Contractor is obliged to have, as at the date of commencement of the provision of the comprehensive service, an agreement with the Distribution System Operator to whose network the Ordering Party's facility is connected, enabling the provision of a comprehensive service for the facility covered by this order.
