The subjects of the order are the services of year-round maintenance of bus stops along with the maintenance and emptying of baskets at stops, year-round maintenance of tram stops along with the maintenance and emptying of baskets at stops, year-round maintenance and emptying of area baskets and interventionist clean-up work.

The Contracting Authority provides for the award of contracts consisting in the repetition of similar services (specified in point 5 of this SWZ and in detail in the Description of the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority provides that the value of these services may amount to a maximum of 100% of the value of the basic contract. The total value was taken into account in the calculation of the value of the basic contract. The procedure for awarding a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services may be initiated on the basis of a justification approved by the Contracting Authority for the need to perform them and after securing adequate financial resources.

The subject of the contract are the services of year-round maintenance of bus stops along with the maintenance and emptying of baskets at stops, year-round maintenance of tram stops along with maintenance and emptying of baskets at stops, year-round maintenance and emptying of street baskets and intervention cleaning works. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ.
