The purpose of this contract is the supply of cold meals (picnic included) and snacks, to be delivered to school restaurants in the City of Chessy as well as the supply of dairy desserts in nurseries. This consultation has been carried out in an adapted procedure opened pursuant to Articles L.2123-1 and R.2123-1-3° and the Public Order Code. It concerns catering services that are part of the social services and other specific services determined by Annex 3 of the Public Order Code and falling under the provisions of Article R.2123-1, paragraph 3 of the said Code.
