The basic cleaning is to be carried out in all classrooms, teachers' rooms and the areas used by the open all-day school including the sanitary areas, as well as in the corridors. The following work is required:

Suction of the dirt fleet and wet wiping of the cleaned surfaces:

Maintenance of the floors with a suitable means depending on the nature, taking into account the generally accepted care instructions for the floors

Polishing up the care film

Removal of stains and chewing gum residues on textile floor coverings, if any

Thorough cleaning of skirting boards, door frames and radiators

Storage of the mobile furnishings after the basic cleaning has been carried out.

The basic cleaning in the sports halls includes the hall and thorough cleaning of the equipment rooms, the corridors, sanitary and changing rooms. Due to the increased frequency of the halls, this cleaning is absolutely necessary for the preservation of the buildings.

The basic cleaning will be ordered separately by the Client on call. However, there is no obligation for the Client to commission the service necessarily.

Furthermore, a basic cleaning must be carried out 1x a year by the Contractor in the day-care centres with the following content:

Basic cleaning of all group and adjoining rooms, as well as bedrooms, meeting rooms and the gym.

Basic cleaning in all sanitary areas with thorough cleaning of wall tiles, mirrors, toilets and sinks

Thorough cleaning of radiators, skirting boards and door leaves

Basic cleaning of the corridor areas

The basic cleaning is an integral part of the order placement and is carried out 1x a year. It will not be charged separately.

Lot2: The Contractor carries out a basic cleaning once a year in the two sports halls mentioned. The basic cleaning includes the hall and thorough cleaning of the equipment rooms, the corridors, sanitary and changing rooms. Furthermore, it must be ensured that the hall floors are professionally removed and equipped with a specific
