The KOM to be delivered must be eligible for funding in accordance with the guidelines for bus subsidies of the SMWA on the granting of subsidies in public transport of the Free State of Saxony, if the Free State makes the subsidy for 2023 possible, for this purpose the manufacturer's proof must be provided in the form of the signed form B2

Lot 2 1 KOM articulated bus low-floor at least 18m barrier-free (M3 class 2 or class 1)

short-term delivery of up to 5 KOM barrier free; as >12m KOM in low-floor design or low entry

The COMS to be delivered must be eligible for funding in accordance with the guidelines for bus subsidies of the SMWA on the granting of subsidies in public transport of the Free State of Saxony, if the Free State makes the subsidy for 2023 possible, for this purpose the manufacturer's proof must be provided in the form of the signed form B2 (For this purpose, the COM must not be older than 5 months and only less than 20000 km used and have been approved exclusively for the manufacturer).

Lot 1 up to 5 KOM >12m barrier-free low-floor intercity or as low entry (M3 class 2 or class 1)

short-term delivery of 1 articulated bus, barrier-free, >18m articulated KOM

The KOM to be delivered must be eligible for funding in accordance with the guidelines for bus subsidies of the SMWA on the granting of subsidies in public transport of the Free State of Saxony, if the Free State makes the subsidy for 2023 possible, for this purpose the manufacturer's proof must be provided in the form of the signed form B8. (For this purpose, the COM must not have been older than 5 months and only used less than 20000 km and must have been approved exclusively for the manufacturer.)
