Hadsel kommune [Hadsel Municipality], hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the purchase of telephony and telecommunication services as well as a switchboard solution for the municipality’ entities and companies.

The objective of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's ongoing need for telephony services with associated services/functionalities stated in the requirement specification and price form. The tenderer must use his expertise and competence to contribute to fulfilling the objective of the contract.

A contract shall be signed with one tenderer for the assignment.

The agreement period is 2 years. The contracting authority has an option for prolonging the agreement for 1+1 year so that the maximum contract period is 4 years.
