This framework agreement comprises analyses and reporting of mould fungus, humidity, decay, etc. The framework agreement is limited area wise to the Contracting Authority's properties. The framework agreement shall cover need arising in connection with acute need, value preserving maintenance works and with individual minor rehabilitations, but can also be utilised in construction projects, if this is relevant.
