The framework service agreement concerns the maintenance and repair of locksmiths and blinds in CPAM92 buildings.
Lot 1: Maintenance and repair of locksmiths in CPAM buildings 92It is a mixed-price framework agreement:
- at fixed prices for preventive maintenance,
- at unit prices for services on request.
Purchase orders are executed as and when required by CPAM 92.
Maintenance and repair of blinds in CPAM buildings 92It is a framework service agreement, one-off and executed by the issuance of purchase orders, pursuant to Article 78 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25 March 2016 on public procurement. The purchase orders are executed as and when required by the CPAM 92. The contract is passed without minimum or maximum, in application of the article 78 Ii-3 of the decree nº 2016-360 of March 25th, 2016 relative to the public markets.
