The district of Dahme-Spreewald (LDS) is planning a replacement building for the existing rescue station in Königs Wusterhausen in 2025 to 2027. For this purpose, it is intended to award the general planning services including planning of buildings, supporting structure, technical building equipment (TGA), outdoor facilities, thermal insulation and building acoustics for phases 2 (optional 3-9) in accordance with HOAI, specialist planning for fire protection for phases 1-2 (optional 3-5, 8) in accordance with AHO and selected special services as a package deal (optional).
The existing ambulance station is a single-storey building with a partial basement in the immediate vicinity of the hospital. Adjacent to the building there are 10 garages of different uses. The existing buildings will be completely dismantled in 3 construction phases. The vacated areas will be rebuilt accordingly. The new building will be built in 2 phases. The area from the dismantling of the 3rd construction phase will be used for parking areas and paths. A detailed procedure is contained in the attached feasibility study from 2022.

Planning phases 1-3: approx. 01.11.2023 to 30.05.2024,
Submission of building application: June 2024,
Construction: Start of dismantling at the beginning of 2025 and completion at the end of 2027.
