The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of filters for air treatment systems.

Participants in the procurement are Ål, Hol, Gol, Hemsedal and Flå municipalities, see also point I.1.1.

The procurement value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured for approx. NOK 1.7 million excluding VAT a year in the last 2 years. The volume will be dependent on i.a. the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors.

Framework agreement.

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The framework agreement will be valid from and including 5 May 2020 until and including 4 May 2022, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 2 years, 12 months at a time.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with one tenderer. The contracting authority expects the tenderers to familiarise themselves with the contractual provisions and make the necessary clarifications internally in readiness to sign the contract if awarded.
