Additional information on hardware specifications:
The tenderer is obliged to provide, together with the offer, a detailed technical specification of the offered equipment together with the part numbers (equipment manufacturer) of individual modules / subassemblies in order to correctly verify the offered computer equipment.
In case of doubt during the evaluation of the submitted offer, the tenderer is obliged, at the request of the Ordering Party, to provide technical documentation and a statement of the manufacturer of the offered equipment signed by an authorized representative of the equipment manufacturer that the equipment offered for the tender meets the requirements of the technical specification.
Each type of device must be accompanied by all necessary documents such as an instruction manual, a declaration of conformity and all media with software, drivers added to the equipment provided by the manufacturer of a given type of device.
Each laptop must have an operating system installed with default settings along with all installed drivers for devices located in a given computer hardware.
Each device should have a unique number assigned by the supplier, which will allow for unambiguous identification of such a device in the event of, for example, failure or service, the number should be glued on the device.
Only brand new hardware and software can be offered in the order, not used anywhere except for the obvious situation related to its testing.
