1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for construction works in the scope of ongoing maintenance of engineering structures located along district roads administered by the Road Administration of the Krakow Poviat.

The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for construction works in the scope of ongoing maintenance of engineering structures located along district roads administered by the Road Administration of the Krakow Poviat. 2. The task will be carried out within 48 months from the date of conclusion of the framework agreement on poviat roads of the Krakow poviat. 3. The area of the Kraków Poviat is 1231 km2, which constitutes approx. 8% of the voivodship's area. 4. The basic function of district roads is to supplement the network of national and provincial roads. According to the Act of 21 March 1985 on public roads, county roads should ensure communication links between the seats of communes with the seat of the district and the seats of communes between themselves. The current district road network was defined on the basis of Article 103 of the Act of 13 October 1998 and. provisions introducing the law reforming public administration. In accordance with the above-mentioned Act, all existing provincial roads in the Krakow Poviat became poviat roads. 5. The procedure in question was developed in order to determine the conditions for the implementation of future contracts for the execution of works in the field of current maintenance, renovation and reconstruction of engineering structures along with access roads located along the district roads of the Krakow poviat and preparation of the necessary complete technical, technological and design documentation with arrangements based on the assortment of works contained in the Framework Table of Accounting Elements – Bill of Quantities, to be executed during the term of the framework agreement. 6. Given in the Framework Table of Accounting Elements (Appendix 9 to SWZ). "anticipated quantities" are indicative quantities, the Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease them. 7. ZDPK manages 692.10 km of county road categories, 94 bridge structures, including 3 viaducts over the A4 motorway and about 2300 road engineering structures.
