Using an exisiting procurement capability model, the contract requires the successful bidder to deploy and roll out the Model across the Welsh Public sector. The initial focus will be on the 22 Welsh local authorities and the contractor will be expected to deliver the following objectives:-

- Design the assessment methodology to ensure that maximum input is achieved from the assessments performed. Ensure that the assessment is not onerous and is performed with efficiency.

- Develop the Roll out plan and associated activities in a Project Plan to be approved by the Project manager

- Liasing with individual organisations to plan the assessment and to keep the project manager informed of the activities being undertaken.

- Report on findings for each organisation and deliver to the organisation and Welsh Government for Sign off.

- Prepare an improvement plan for each organisation and deliver to the organisation and Welsh Government for Sign off.

- Present the overall findings to Project Board/Senior Management meetings, as required
