The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade invites tenders from suitably qualified service providers for the provision of expert resources for 3 separate functions within the ICT Unit. These functions are represented by Lots. Tenderers can quote for one, two or all three Lots. The requirements are:

Lot 1: Senior ICT Engineer Team 3 Engineers.

Lot 2: Senior ICT Infrastructure Architect 1 Architect.

Lot 3: Communications Specialists: 1 Senior Network Engineer.

1 Security Engineer.

The selected service providers must have a proven track record in the delivery of similar services and this should clearly be demonstrated in the response. While the ICT Unit remains responsible for the delivery of ICT service and support, the successful service provider will be expected to work in close partnership with the Department to ensure the quality of the support service provided to users. A key requirement is ensuring that an appropriate calibre of resource is available to the Department and that each resource performs to the standard expected on an ongoing basis.
