Westfalenhallen Dortmund GmbH is planning the construction of a reception building on the grounds of Messe Dortmund (Messeforum Nord) as well as the construction and extension of a passage building. The subject of the contract to be awarded are the furnishing works.
The fair entrance on the property of the Westfalenhallen Dortmund GmbH is newly built. At the same time, the existing passage will be rebuilt and expanded.
The new fair entrance has the dimensions (lxbxh) of approx. 83 mx 52 mx 18 m. In the new entrance to the fair, a building with dimensions (lxbxh) of approx. 47 mx 10 mx 10 m will be built. This building has two levels.
After reconstruction and extension, the passage (lxbxh) measures approx. 200 mx 12 mx 13 m. The passage also has two levels.
Inside, furnishing work is required.
