The purpose of this framework agreement is to supply and acquire liquid phase retardant additives used in the fight against forest fires and maintenance of aircraft refuelling stations for the benefit of the Directorate General of Civil Security (DGSCGC). The estimated quantities, expressed over the firm duration of the framework agreement, i.e. 4 years, are for Lot 1: Land Retardant Additives of 2 000 000 litres and the maximum quantities are for Lot 1: Land Retardant Additives of 6 000 000 litres

Lot 3: Supply of "short-term" retardant additive in liquid phase dropped by water-bombing aircraft.The estimated quantities, expressed over the firm duration of the framework agreement, i.e. 4 years, are for Lot 3: "Air Means" foaming agents of 100,000 litres and the quantitative maximums are for Lot 3: "Air Means" foaming agents of 400,000 litres
