The Stadtwerke Elmshorn as an awarding authority refurbish and attract the existing in Elmshorn (Zum Krückaupark, 25337 Elmshorn) existing indoor pool in the years 2018-2020. The recommissioning is scheduled for mid-2020.

The spa park Elmshorn was opened in 1969 and consists of an indoor and outdoor pool and a sauna facility.

The entire property is in an age-related rehabilitation-worthy condition, but some parts now have increased need for refurbishment. This is especially true for the teaching and swimming pool.

However, the outdoor pool and sauna facilities are not part of the renovation. The sauna facility located in the building of the indoor pool should basically remain in operation during the construction phase and will be integrated into the renovation concept.

For works contracts (awarding units / lots), contract notices were issued in several award packages / units.

Currently, the allocation unit / VE 381 - joinery work is tendered.
