The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to establish the rules relating to purchase orders that will be issued for the performance of the following services:

Refurbishment work on the dwellings after the exit inventory of fixtures for re-rental. The Framework Agreement, which is multi-awardee, is concluded with a maximum and the terms and conditions of award indicated in the consultation documents. Each framework agreement will be concluded as a general contractor. The services expected in the framework of this contract are the following: Masonry, Painting and flooring and wall coverings, Plumbing, Electricity, Interior carpentry, Exterior carpentry. The incumbent will be in charge of carrying out all the works in all trades. The incumbent who does not have the technical skills for one of these services may call on subcontractors.
