The target of the procurement is drones for use by the authorities. The purchase includes spare parts and accessories for the products.

The subject matter of the procurement and the requirements set for the object of procurement are described on a sub-sector-by-area basis in this invitation to tender and its appendices. The procurement is divided into subdivisions as follows:

Based on the competitive tendering, one supplier will be selected for each area.

The police have been granted an appropriation for the products to be procured for 2023. The estimated procurement volumes are indicated separately for each area. Depending on the availability of the products, the estimated procurement volumes may be changed. The products must be delivered during 2023.

The product must be suitable for use near and above people, as well as in indoor activities.

The minimum requirements set for the product are stated in Appendix 2a Technical requirements, drone A.

The procurement volumes of the procured product are estimates of procurement volumes that are not binding on contracting entities, calculated over a period of 96 months.

The product includes both a thermal camera and a camera with a powerful lens. The product must be suitable for use in demanding weather conditions (e.g. rain) for reconnaissance and observation missions from afar.

The minimum requirements set for the product are described in Appendix 2e Technical requirements, drone E.
