In order to build, establish and also ensure that work within planned projects can continue, the State Service Center has a need to procure consulting support with special experience and competence to carry out work related to the development and management of operational architectures.

The primary focus of the consultancy support is expected to be to lead, provide support and advice, and train SSC staff in describing the activities of the State Service Centre from an information perspective. But also act as support for the description of the IT environment in relevant parts as well as support for the configuration of EA tools.

The consultants are also expected to be able to support the selection and design of principles and methods for architectural work, language and frameworks, and classification and abstraction levels.
