the province of West Flanders wants to hire a number of people to strengthen the organization-wide Service Desk:
- 1 person for 2nd line back office support of the ICT Infrastructure & Technology section. This is therefore a purely ICT profile that is managed by the relevant section head ict infrastructure & technology.
- 1 person for the front office Service desk, with the emphasis on an ICT profile (most telephone calls concern ICT issues), but calls related to the other services are also registered. These persons are managed by the Service Desk coordinator.
