Technical equipment planning: plant groups 1-6 + 8,
LP 1-9 gem. §§55 HOAI 2013
HHU is planning to renovate an office building in Düsseldorf-Bilk, which extends over a 1,400m2 plot of land with a gross floor area of 3,700m2.
The vacant building was built between 1973 and 1975 and was renovated and significantly expanded between 1980 and 1982. It has 5 floors above ground as well as an underground car park and was built in reinforced concrete skeleton construction with concrete curtain wall with clinker brick slips.
The space program with 2,100m2 of usable space includes office space for the Faculty of Law and the scientific unit of computer science at HHU as well as a training room, 2 barrier-free offices and a break room for common use.
The building is to undergo a major renovation. The technical equipment is to be completely renewed.
HHU is following the requirements of the climate-neutral state administration of North Rhine-Westphalia with the aim of achieving the "Efficiency Building 55" energy standard. In accordance with the Building Energy Act (GEG), it also fulfils its role as a role model as a public sector in saving energy and using renewable energies in fundamental renovations of existing buildings.
Initial as-built investigations, such as an exploratory pollutant investigation and an inspection of the dirty and rainwater underground pipes, were carried out.
A corresponding pollutant remediation is to be carried out before the actual construction work. The award procedure is currently underway for the necessary services (planning, tendering and construction management) for the early remediation of pollutants with partial gutting.
