In addition to the transmission of a german and English-language operating instructions for the entire device system in electronic form, an expert briefing and at a later date a multi-day training as well as a one-day training six months after installation, each for three to four employees of the client by suitable German-speaking personnel on site at the client. In addition, the Contractor shall guarantee the availability of spare and consumable parts for a period of at least eight years as well as new program versions for the software for device control and data evaluation for a period of at least two years from the operational installation of the device system.
