The municipality of Schwielowsee intends to build a multi-purpose hall as a single-field sports hall with internal dimensions of approx. 16m x 24m. The hall is intended to meet the requirements of a modern meeting venue with a maximum of 199 people as well as grassroots sports. The project is described in more detail in Section II.2.4).
The subject of the contract is the general planning services for this construction project.
In particular, the general planner provides the services of object planning (buildings and spatial extensions), technical equipment planning, structural engineering, building land assessment, etc., and planning in the area of fire protection, thermal protection and room acoustics. The commissioning is based on HOAI's performance specifications and service phases.
Provision is for a phased commissioning of service phases 2 to 9.
First stage: performance phase 2-3 with the aim of applying for funding.
The subject of the contract is the general planning services for the multi-purpose hall. The planning services to be commissioned (LP 2-9) are based on a conception coordinated with the political bodies of the municipality of Schwielowsee with cost estimation.
In particular, the general planner provides the services of object planning (buildings and space-building extensions), technical equipment planning, structural engineering, open-air plant planning, as well as building land assessment, sound insulation and planning in the field of fire protection. The commissioning is based on HOAI's performance specifications and service phases.
The multi-purpose hall to be planned should be used as a single-field sports hall
(internal dimensions 16m*24m, volleyball field) to meet the requirements of a modern meeting venue (maximum 199 people) as well as grassroots sports. The latest state of the art in the fields of energy engineering, climate control and fire protection is also to be achieved. The hall is to be designed barrier-free to address many user groups.
The existing club building is to be integrated into the multi-purpose hall.
Funding from the State of Brandenburg from the GAK Framework Plan funding programme is planned for the project.
