The awarded service includes the collection, franking, nationwide and international transport and delivery of postal items of all kinds. In particular, standard letter items (waste fee notices) and large letters (annual information) up to an individual weight of 1,000 grams are included. The annual information consisting of a waste magazine of the Lake Constance district, a collection plan of the respective municipality and bulky waste cards is expected to be sent out in December (week 50/51). The waste fee notices are expected to be sent out in March, with the contractor being notified of the exact shipping time by early February at the latest.
